Built by an MSP, for MSPs
Avvi is the AI operations platform for MSPs. It comes from the day-to-day reality of running Microsoft 365 across many client tenants, and it is built to take the repetitive work off the queue without giving up control.
Why Avvi exists
Managed service providers run on repetitive work. A large share of every helpdesk day goes to small, routine Microsoft 365 requests that are easy on their own and expensive in aggregate. Skilled technicians spend hours on tasks that do not need their expertise, and clients wait for answers that could be instant.
Generic AI is not a safe answer to that on its own. Handing a tool broad access to a client tenant is only acceptable if every action stays inside clear boundaries, with approval, least privilege, and a full audit trail. That gap is why Avvi was built. Not to add AI on top of legacy workflows, but to turn routine requests into safe, resolved outcomes across every tenant an MSP manages.
What we believe
Automate work, not people
Avvi removes repetitive busywork so skilled technicians spend their time where it counts. It replaces the work, not the team.
Safe by default
Approval controls, least privilege, isolation, and audit are not add-ons. They are how automation earns trust on a client tenant.
Outcomes over features
Lower cost per ticket, faster first response, and more service capacity matter more than a longer feature list.
