Monthly tickets are either the ticket volume you enter, or technicians multiplied by the tickets-per-technician assumption. Routine Microsoft 365 Tier 1 tickets are that total multiplied by the ticket-share input. Recovered hours are routine tickets times handle time times the automation or deflection assumption. Labor-value equivalent is recovered hours times the fully loaded hourly labor cost.
Every input is editable. The initial 35% ticket share, 30% automation or deflection rate, 160 tickets per technician, and $55 hourly labor cost are planning examples, not Avvi customer outcomes or industry benchmarks.
